Patrick Shannahan is the owner and lead inspector of New Roots Home Inspection, serving Dane County and the surrounding areas. Patrick has been providing professional home inspection services since 2013 and is AHIT certified, licensed and fully insured.

He specializes in residential inspections for both home buyers and sellers, as well as commercial inspections and radon testing. Known for his exceptional attention to detail, Patrick takes pride in providing thorough, easy-to-understand inspections and helping clients feel confident in their real estate decisions. He especially enjoys working with new home buyers and helping them understand their home from the ground up.

Patrick lives in Fitchburg with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, spending time outdoors, and enjoying time with his family.
